email. Ready to book your Sleepy Hollow Resort vacation? After confirming availability simply complete our Reservation Form and mail it to us with the required deposit. Reservation & Resort PoliciesPlease adhere to a few policies aimed at insuring that all guests at Sleepy Hollow Resort have the most enjoyable and memorable stay possible. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 9:00 a.m. Because we are busy preparing the resort for incoming guests, no exceptions will be made. Deposits are required to confirm your reservation. We require a deposit of $200/cabin/week. Deposits are refundable (less a $25 service charge) if we receive notice of your desire to cancel more than 90 days before your stay. Cancellations received less than 90 days before your reservation will be refunded (less a $25 service charge) only if we are able to re-rent your cabin. Your daily visitors may be subject to a daily visitor charge of $10/visitor. We reserve the right to limit the number of day visitors and vehicles at your cabin. Pets are not allowed in or around the cabins. Hunting dogs are allowed in September and October but they must be kenneled outside or in your vehicle. Hunting dogs are not permitted in the cabins. You are financially responsible for the full amount of your stay - no credit will be given for early departures. We accept cash, personal checks and Visa/Mastercard.
